Bring: note to burn, water bottle( full), blanket / poncho, bare feet and a heartbeat.!!!

Please eat light meal earlier and drink lots of water in day time.

There will be smudge, but please no smoking on property. If you have organic tobacco / dried cedar or eyucalyptus to offer the fire that is welcomed. Let me.know and we can add it to the offerings.

Other offering welcomed are fruit and instruments, drums, steel drums bells shakers .
