Root down , connect with ancestral roots, with adventure yoga alchemist, Kelly, dive deep into your womb wisdom and creative center through outdoor yoga to awaken and unlock abundance codes. We use root boards, wooden floors made for small spaces, to travel with and use outside. mentorships and classes are beneficial for travelers or those wishing to ground and tap into their roots, base chakra Mula bandha, and crystal cleans these roots through intension to gain clarity and strength. each practice will build on this theme. you can also bring nature indoors to participate.
